A desktop computer includes everything that is needed, a monitor, keyboard and mouse as well as all required leads.

A Laptop computer includes a carry case, power supply and all other required leads, all laptops are also wireless network enabled for ease of remote use.

Off-site backup of systems not supplied by ITSIAB is a service that we offer, this can be either on a number of individual computers or on a server for off-site back up of all your businesses centrally stored files and data. Enter the number of individual systems that require backing up, and an estimate of how much data this is going to be. This is charged monthly based on usage so the information entered here will only be used for the generation of the estimate.

A Voice over IP telephone is a fully featured device, there is no need to work out what systems are required, this is all done for you, all we need to know is how many telephones you need and how many telephones lines you need. Porting from BT means you currently have a telephone number with British Telecommunications that you wish to retain, using the ITSIAB VoIP solution. We can retain this number and move it, or port it, to our solution

Enter what the printing copying and faxing requirements of your business will be, we will then work out which devices best fulfil the requirements, as with all aspect of the ITSIAB solution this can always be added to at a later date should the requirements change.

If your business already has an internet domain, or multiple internet domains, we can port them over to the ITSIAB solution, multiple domain names could be for example ITSIAB.EU, ITSIAB.CO.UK and ITSIAB.COM, although they are all ITSIAB as they have different identifiers they are three different domains. If your business currently does not have any internet domains, and you would like to have, we will register what is required for your business, as per our terms and conditions these domains names are the property of your business and should you request us to do so we will transfer them to any other party at any time.

If your business already has a web site then we can take this existing web site and integrate it into the rest of the solution for your business, should you require a new web site to be designed from scratch, or a re-vamp of your existing web site we can offer this service to your business. As with all aspects of the ITSIAB solution this can be added at anytime.

By telling us the number of desktop and laptops your business requires we will recommend automatically if your business would benefit from a local file server, if you feel your organisation would benefit from a local file server despite being a smaller workgroup based on our Managed Local Servers information the option is open to add this requirement. As with all aspects of the ITSIAB solution this can be added at anytime.
